Refund Policy

Should you need to return a product to us, although we hope that won't be the case, we want to ensure that the process is simple and hassle free. We truly believe in the quality, effectiveness and value for money in all of our products and because of this we are willing to stand by these claims and are therefore happy to offer a no quibble, returns service. We do ask you to send us photographs of the product, should there be any issues regarding packaging etc but this is for our own records.

If you need to return a product simply email us at or complete the form on our Contact page and quote your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason you need to return your product (see below). All we ask is that you contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your order and we will do all we can to ensure you remain happy with our service.

Cancellations. Without affecting your rights as set out in the paragraph on Defective Products (below), you may cancel your order at any time prior to expiry of 7 days following the actual date of delivery of any ordered products by simply email us at or complete the form on our Contact page, indicating any reason for the return. Where you so cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, you will at your own expense return the ordered products to us, unopened and in as good a condition as when received by you, by returning the products to us at Returns at the address detailed below. You will receive a full refund credited to your payment card in respect of any validly cancelled order within 30 days.

Return of Defective Products. We will only accept the return of, and refund, opened products where they are Defective Products as described in the following paragraph. A product is defective where the products content does not otherwise match the description of the product ordered (Defective Product). In the event of receiving a Defective Product please immediately contact us on the number detailed below giving us the Best Before Date and Batch Number. We will pay for you to return the Defective Product and be able to either request a replacement product or cancel the order. Where you choose to cancel the order you will receive a full refund credited to your payment card.

Products Delivered in Error. Where products are delivered in error (damaged, wrong quantity etc.) please contact us immediately by email at or complete the form on our Contact page and arrangements shall be made with you for their collection and replacement or for their return to us at our cost.
